Our Canapé menu is made up of small bites, inspired by some of our more popular dishes. We have a variety of vegetarian, meat, and seafood options, perfectly suited for your standing reception. Minimum order per item is two dozen. Available Tuesday - Saturday only.

SOFRA

The Sofra Menu is designed to share with family, friends and colleagues. We prepare one of each item from the menu, fit to share between four people. Choosing the Sofra Menu will allow your guests to sample some of our most popular dishes. Available Tuesday - Saturday only.

FAQ

Is there a charge to use the space?
There is no charge to use the space, provided the minimum food + beverage expenditure is met. The minimum food + beverage expenditure depends on the night of week, and on the spaces that are required for your event.


Is there a cake plating fee?
Celebratory cake/cupcakes are the only outside food allowed to be brought into the restaurant. There is a $5 per guest fee to cut, plate, and serve as part of the dinner menu.


When is the final food + beverage selections due?
Final food + beverage menu selections are due 14 days in advance of your event.


When is the final guest count due?
Final guest count is due by Friday at noon the week before your event.

Allergy Policy

Due to the style and preparation of our menu, we are unable to accommodate certain food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions. We are pleased to accommodate clients with the following diets: dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan & pescatarian. We are unfortunately unable to safely accommodate clients with the following allergies/intolerances: garlic, onions, capsicum (peppers), other night shades (tomato, potato, eggplant), sesame, other seeds, oil, vinegar, citrus, spices & salt.  
 

What is your cancellation policy?
Fairouz requires a 15% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Event bookings can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to the event date with no further penalty. Event bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date will be charged 30% of the total amount of the booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date will be charge 100% of the contract amount. Final payment is due at the end of event. This includes all pre-determined costs outlined in the Rental Agreement, as well as any additional expenses/purchases that were incurred during the event.
